One particular receptionist that I spoke to on 29/7/20 at 5.15pm, in the afternoon, I take my hat off to you, thank you for your understanding and help you are a credit to your job role. It costs nothing to be kind, caring and respectful and you have all of these qualities., and to the doctor I spoke to on the morning of 30/7/20, thank you for your understanding and patients you spoke to me so assuring and calming nothing ever seems to much trouble for you thank you once again to you both.
