After suffering with plantar fasciitis since january I've spoken with doctors on numerous occasions to be given advice or pain killers
It's now July and I'm still in agony to the point I feel like ending my life.
I've tried everything to get rid of
So I try the docs 1 more time 3 weeks ago
I had to leave details with receptionist and within a hour I had a text off the doctor saying based on my symptoms it very much sounds like I have plantar fasciitis ( tell me something I dont know )
And i had to make an appointment with a doctor for a steroid injection ( i have a text to prove this ) so i made the appointment for 29th july ( nearest day ) feeling relieved I may get some pain relief for a while at least , I got to the docs for him to tell me I have plantar fasciitis yet again and would benefit from a steroid injection so my reply was yes that's why I'm here ( much to my disappointment he told me I couldn't have it as he dont do them and to make appointment with the doctor who could , by this time I was almost crying , so I reluctantly went to receptionist for them to make me the appointment, to be told I had to ring up, I was in the surgery so why couldnt I make it there ( I was in shock and getting more irate) where is the logic to ring up when your there ??
So I rang when i got outside to be told they wasnt doing steriod injections and told me to go private( yet I have the darn text offering it me )
I actually burst into tears this surgery is absolutely the worst one ever
I know the covid is making matters worse but there is no excuse for the treatment I recieved , you need to train up your staff better or communicate with your gps (head gp who actually offered me the injection on a text )
"Shocking service yet again"
