I was admitted to SAW With pain in my stomach I was treated with the upmost compassion by the staff on the ward! It was quickly diagnosed by a very attentive doctor that I had appendicitis and It would have to be removed in theatre, I was fasted and before I knew it I was in theatre. The anaesthetic doctor explained everything she was doing and the young nurse helping held my hand he didn’t let go till
I was asleep!
Thank you to all the staff who cared for me from the A&e staff, Saw, theatre, recovery and finally s11! It was firsts class care!
