My doctor’s surgery recommended I go to minor injuries after I contacted them about my swollen ankle-I had fallen in an unforeseen large hole and really hurt myself.
The minute I arrived at the New Victoria Minor Injuries Unit In Glasgow I was incredibly impressed. From the receptionist to the medical team everyone was lovely and kind. I had very little waiting time and was taken straight through to x-ray. The hygiene was great and all the COVID 19 preventions were in place. Particularly would like to thank the practitioner who put my plaster on for her kindness and help.A huge thank you to everyone!
"Superb care for what turned out to be a broken ankle!"
