I have spent over half an hour trying to complete the on line contact form without success as the boxes one has to tick in order to move to the next were not relevant.
I can appreciate that the surgery is closed but to actually try and navigate the questions before being to able submit the enquiry is complicated and in the end I gave up. I finally contacted someone at the Poole Road Medical Centre and to even have a telephone consultation with my doctor would not be until the end of the week.
I can understand why people do not want to seek medical advice in these difficult times as the process is stressful in itself and causes undue anxiety. Poole Road Medical Centre since it has become part of the larger group appears to have gone down in respect of patient access and satisfaction.
