"An excellent service "

I was taken into Bolton A and E with severe vomiting and dizziness. The staff were all professional, attentive, reassuring and explained at each step what was happening. I had a very thorough examination to eliminate the more obvious reasons why an elderly would become ill so rapidly. This put my mind at rest. The cause of my illness and follow up was very clearly explained. All this at a time when the staff must be under immense pressure with Covid 19 and patients are inevitably anxious. An excellent service for which I am most grateful.
