Thanks for your comment pbonsall and as your comments are in the past tense I assume that you have accessed our service and have made some steps to recovery and you have taken back some control?

Make sure you keep in contact with your Recovery Worker to keep up with the activities and interventions on our timetable each week to fill as much of your time as you can. You can also ask for details about how to access our feedback Friday sessions to have your say on how the Service moves forward.
