My Dad spent 7 weeks on the HAPS UNIT within Heathside. They have done an amazing job with my dad in a lot of areas. Dad never had a wrong word and all his daughters work in the care sector so we know what we wanted for Dad and under the current COVIDE19 we where unable to to go inside the home but us as a family knew it was an excellent home for our Dad from Day1 the whole team and management made my Dads stay extremely welcoming and good and made his family feel at ease has this was a very hard decision to make . The Team always had time for you on the phone never felt rushed. Any questions that was needed to be answered they answered for us. Dad's rehabilitation there was very thorough and not just his family but he would recommend the home to anyone who has never been in a home in their lives. So happy that Dad's social worker placed Dad here has we has a family don't believe Dad would still be here today had he not spent a short time there. Dad always spoke highly of ALL the staff, food the cleanliness of the home when we spoke to him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
