(as a service user),

I had a 16 week course of CBT with Talk Together Bromley to deal with high levels of general anxiety and health anxiety. I had to wait a long time (around 9 months) to get the appointments but my experience was really positive and I would recommend it to anyone in the local area. My therapist was incredibly patient, kind, well-researched, thorough and supportive. I never felt rushed and always felt understood. It's the most positive therapy experience I have had and I feel like I now have the tools and confidence to begin living my life in a different way.

I am really sorry to hear you had been experiencing anxiety and had such a long wait in accessing the service. Delays with referrals is an issue that the service is addressing. I am, however, pleased that your therapist was able to assist you with your anxieties which has given you the confidence in living your life.
