"Worrying times ahead"

I have visited this surgery for yrs, the original doctors were brilliant, very good at diagnosing issue, giving right medications or referring to other services. With with doctors working at the surgery now, I am very concerned and worried about ahead. Havn’t had a good experience so far, after 3 appointments over the phone and face to face appointment and I still have this skin condition which I feel the new doctor isn’t helping me and let down, I am the one suffering and affected physically and mentally.
