Visited the hospital for an appointment at the start of July and didn’t know where I was going so I asked the receptionist as you come in to the hospital who just pointed and shouted at me like I was stupid. I think your staff need to be a bit more friendly and helpful rather then talking to you like your causing them an inconvenience.
