"Didn't give me high dosage folic acid "

About: Highview Medical Centre

I was pregnant with suspected ectopic pregnancy and visited the surgery when I was about 3 weeks pregnant. The Dr never once told me I needed high dose folic acid and it was the hospital that told me and then we ended up in specialist care so the baby could be monitored for spinal bifida. Moved to Annandale now, much better.

We are sorry you felt your care at Highview was not to our usual standard. I note this happened over a year ago but doesn’t appear to have been brought to our attention at that time. We would be very happy to review your consultations to enable us to respond to you personally. We have run a search but don’t seem to be able to identify you. Therefore if you would like us to review/respond to your comments; please call the surgery and ask to speak to the assistant Practice Manager and give your name and date of birth.

We look forward to hearing from you.
