(as a relative),

Kilbryde hospice provide a different level of care. Every one is treated like family and they are so wonderfully attentive to everyone's needs. I would especially like to thank Catherine for being one of the most kindest ladies, she just cares so deeply for others and it's been a blessing to have her be part of a chapter in our lives. We will be forever greatful for her prayers and support.

Thank you very much for posting your experience on Care Opinion. As Clinical Services Manager, I am encouraged by the fact you felt you were treated like one of the family - the Kilbryde family! I trust you have found the strength, through the support provided by Kilbryde, during this chapter to look to the future.

You have particularly highlighted the care provided by Catherine our chaplain. I'm grateful to you for this as Catherine has continued to work throughout COVID-19 providing support despite the challenges. I will be certain to pass on your feedback to her.

I'm also very grateful to you for posting your story online as you will hopefully encourage others in a similar situation to seek support when they need it.
