May we take this opportunity to thank all our patients for embracing the changes we have implemented over the past few months. We have been open throughout and we are operating a call back system, if you require some clinical advice then please ring the surgery and your call will be returned by the appropriate clinical team. Your issue may be resolved over the phone and if you require a face to face consultation you will be invited down at a specific time, please wear a face covering when attending the surgery and only attend if invited. We all still need to be safe and we hope all patients have kept well during this difficult period, we appreciate your patience and understanding while we still transition from lock down to the new norm.
