"My mother"

About: Good Hope Hospital / Respiratory medicine

(as a relative),

I feel that my mother was treated appallingly whilst in ward 10 and diagnosed with terminal cancer.

On more than one occasion she was ignored and left sat in her own urine and came home with a cat 2 pressure sore after 5 nights and died not long after.

Ironically she had been a carer most of her life and was let down by the professionals when she needed them the most.
