Feeling anxious about my pre-operative assessment and upcoming surgery I was a little nervous, the staff were amazing, from the guy on reception to the nurses and ECG technician - the whole atmosphere in the unit was lovely and they made me feel so at ease.   No question was too much, they answered everything and put my mind at rest.   I now feel less stressed about my upcoming admission.

Thanking for taking the time to share your experience whilst in Pre-assessment. I am glad that you were made to feel at ease and less stressed about your upcoming procedure. It is good to hear that no question was too much and all of your questions had been answered. I will pass on your comments to the Staff who will be happy to hear your praises.
