"Excruciating pain caused by nerve damage"

I rarely visit the practice and can usually manage my own health issues. This time it was different! Unable to actually go to the surgery due to the pandemic, I nevertheless received excellent service from both the receptionists and the GPS via the phone.

The GPS were empathetic, whilst recognising that there was little they could do for me apart from prescribe pain relief. They did this, helpfully making suggestions and adjustments. I couldn’t have faced each pain ridden day without their help! In all, an excellent service was provided despite the restrictions of lockdown.
