About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

I attended today. For ladies internal and external ultrasound,   follow up in clinic with a fabulous Nurse Practitioner and her Team! I attended with my hubby/carer, and assistance dog. Everyone effort was made to accommodate us. Decide whether to take her into the clinical area. My husband held her whilst I went in for biopsy.   As the nurses made me feel safe and comfortable.   I was really well looked after, and they made a not so pleasant procedure,   a lot easier to bear. Thanks ladies x

All our staff pride themselves in delivering personal outstanding care, attending to each individuals needs. It is lovely to hear you were made to feel safe and comfortable in our care, which in turn made a difficult experience more bearable for you.
