The level of care I receive is excellent. All the nurses are friendly and very capable. Nothing is too much to ask them and they make my stay very comfortable and as relaxing as possible. They’re brilliant.

My only recommendation would be to see if it possible to run clinics in Dungannon hospitals long term, instead of just for a short while during the COVID19 pandemic as Dungannon is much closer and a lot handier for me to access.

Thankyou for taking the time to share your experience with us, we appreciate your lovely comments.

I will ensure that all the team in the Day Clinical Centre read them.

As you are aware the Day Clinical Centre relocated to South Tyrone Hospital in March, to ensure we could continue to provide care in a safer environment, to people like yourself, who are unable to stop their treatment but are advised to self isolate.

This appears to have been a successful change, and we are receiving a lot of positive feedback which is great.
