outpatient reception is very not friendly, they mess up with my appointments all the time, I am pregnant with twins and all the time my appointments was delayed more then 30min

Dear Madam
I am really sorry you had such a poor experience when attending your appointment. There are several clinics at the Aldershot Centre for Health; my Trust, Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust provide children's mental health services at this location. The Outpatient and Midwifery services are provided by a different Trust. Please would you contact the local hospital Trust's PALS service fhft.palsfrimleypark@nhs.net to discuss further or they will be able to help work out where to redirect you if your concerns are connected to other services kind regards Paul Thompson Participation Team Sussex Partnership
