"Disrespectful"

About: Langley Health Centre

I had an appointment at the practice on Friday, I was met at the door by a very rude receptionist who made no eye contact and told me to put both hands forward (hand sanitising purposes), in such an abrupt manner. She then instructed me to;

"Go sit down" no please or thank you!

The basic lack of patient care was downright offensive and uncalled for. In these difficult times, you expect compassion and empathy from your practice.

Please arrange for your Reception team to undertake at least a basic Customer Care course, no one should have to tolerate such appalling behaviour.

Dear Patient, thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear of your experience on Friday. Ongoing training is provided to our receptionists and we will be discussing this with the receptionist team to ensure that this doesn't happen again. Can I request that you contact the Practice Manager and provide details of your visit so that this can be investigated further.
