"Great support during COVID 19"

I called and spoke to the receptionist who was lovely she told me they weren’t accepting appointments but a doctor would call once to speak with me. She asked what she should say the call was for and I embarrassingly told her I was self diagnosing and what it was! She understood my humour and made me feel at ease about self diagnosing which made me relieved! The doctor called about an hour later and spoke to me reassuring me and putting my stress at ease and even went through my records to compare my general health over the years. I need to book in for a blood test but found it a great service and much easier than going For a face to face appointment. I think following COVID 19 it would be more convenient to continue this style of appointment for those who prefer it. Many thanks
