(as a parent/guardian),

A huge thank you to the team at Causeway ED for their care and attention with my 4 year old daughter Victoria today.  The nurse practitioner who treated Victoria did a fantastic job at reassuring a very scared girl while performing a difficult procedure. 

Thank you sincerely for doing a brilliant job during difficult times.

I’m Leigh and I am the Facilitator for Care Opinion here in the Northern Trust.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave feedback about the team in ED at Causeway.

It’s great to hear that Victoria received great care and attention and that the Nurse Practitioner was able to reassure her. Hopefully Victoria will be a little less scared should she need to visit the team at Causeway in the future.

I have shared your story with the Sister in ED and also the Senior Management Team.

I’m sure that the Team in ED and the Nurse Practitioner who treated Victoria will be thrilled to read your positive feedback. It is so important for them to see that they continue to do a “fantastic job” even during these difficult times.
