"Theatres and operation start up"

I am in great pain. I havent slept for many mths due to having to sleep sat up as I cant lay down as my shoulder blade traps sinues. I didnt actually see specialist until mths after the pain began which was Feb 2020. Injecting didnt work. Specialist rang me 7th June 20, offered another injection but as 1st didnt touch me I refused and. I have had right sheer done and pain too much for injection. Specialist put me on op list for decompression and scrape. I cant lift my arm above waist, I havent had a good nights sleep for month, I m gettin run down to rock bottom. My query is when are theatres going to open, when is my specialist coming back to work, how much longer do I have to be in this dreadful pain. Please help as I have had several joint ops. 2012 had revision of left hip, 2015 pain horrendous, walked on it for 2 years, had nuclear scan, stem loose. December 2018 full hip revision, hugh op took 9 month to get over in terrible pain, just began to repair but I think walking on crutches for 9 mths caused my shoulder condition. Please looking at my records ,one would think it was more than a human could bear, certainly we would let it happen to an animal. Please just tell me that specialists are coming back to work, when theatres will open and people alike me will get some relief?
