My wife got blood test paperwork through the post at the beginning of this month, it showed appt only at certain venues and walk in service at Cheshunt Community Hospital. We went there today only to find out that it has been appt only since March. Can you please update your paperwork as many people only go once a year as a result of medicine reviews, creating a waste of fuel, money and time.
