About: Redwood House Surgery

We were very impressed by our visit to the surgery for a B12 injection and blood test.

Initially we were very worried as we have been shielding since the beginning of March. However the way the practice is set up is really reassuring. We waited outside until the nurse called us in and then we were quickly and efficiently dealt with. Every care was taken to ensure we were as safe as could be during what must be a really difficult time.

Well done Redwood House.

Dear Patient,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your comments and thoughts.

It really means a lot to the Redwood House team when we receive such lovely positive comments from our patients.

Our Nursing Team Sarah, Bindy and Emily have worked really hard since COVID 19 began to ensure our patients still receive their essential appointments in a safe and controlled environment.

Infection control and wearing of PPE is at the forefront of all the staff at Redwood House Surgery. It’s also great to see our patients are being sensible wearing face coverings to help protect our Redwood staff and fellow NHS workers.

We are pleased you felt reassured today for your appointment and I will certainly feedback your comments to the Nurses and practice team.

Once again thank you for leaving your comments, it does make a difference to us particularly during these times.
