Firstly every time I ring they either do not answer or it bleeps three times and ends my call Receptionists have got my prescription wrong three times now and if you go into their practice you have to wait until they finish their conversations being before being seen I am nearly 65 and struggle a lot all this just adds to my stress

Dear Patient, please accept my apologies for the stress this has caused you, from time to time we do have problems with our telephone lines due to the high volume of calls coming through, our phone suppliers are aware of the issues which are reported to them as they occur, as an alternative you could register for our online services to order your prescription or send us messages, or you can email us. As regards issues with your prescription, please let us know if this recurs and we will look into it. Our reception staff are very busy and they are trained to deal with one task before moving on to the next so that errors do not occur, this may be why you have had to wait for them to finish their conversations, your patience is appreciated.
