"Patient Services"

I have been trying to register for Patient Services since 29/08/2019, I input all my details, Practice ID, Account ID, Linkage key created a username and password, It says to log into my email account and click on the link in the verification email, Problem... I have NEVER received a verification email I have tried a new registration form but it says I'm already registered and to confirm my email ... Where do I go from here ?
