I feel very strongly that Elise has been great at adapting what she does and teaching us baby massage by video call in order that we can learn something new which was so crucial to us all when our babies were just so tiny! It has been great socially to speak to other mums in the same position and also given us some structure and things to focus on despite being in lockdown with a new baby and being unable to attend classes.
Thee Breastfeeding Q&A has also been really helpful hearing other mums having the same and other problems and willing to share.
Although attending classes would be better socially this was a really good option for new mums to be able to join in in their own home and benefit when they may not be able to get to classes in future so also may be something worth continuing even if classes do get back to normal.
