"Felt I had inconvenienced them"

About: Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust

(as the patient),

Felt I had inconvenienced them by attending after a hiking accident, I had the accident Friday afternoon, treat myself for 24 hours with pain relief, ice and rest. This didn’t improve matters so felt it needed checking out, attended a&e. First contact was good and efficient but not friendly, minor injuries clinic staff member was not pleasant and didn’t listen to when or what I had done, seemed uninterested and made to feel I was wasting their time.

Only good thing was in and out quickly.
