I was getting overwhelmed with having given my medication every three months so I arranged for my niece to contact the surgery. And she spoke to Mrs Rouf- Pharmacy technician. who arranged for me to have my medication monthly and delivered to me, so I don't have to worry about my medication anymore. Excellent service. Thanks

Thanks so much. It is interesting how many times we have people mentioning difficulties with medications and great to know that our pharmacy technician proves so helpful. Clearly an area that people struggle with so thanks to you and all the other patients who have bought this to our attention on this website. It helps tremendously for us to plan and think about what areas we need to work on. Much appreciated.
