Greeted promptly and temperature checked. Unfortunately had to wait over 2 hours before being seen. Just unlucky but do recommend contacting department by telephone before visiting if possible.
Totally worth the wait and I appreciated the apology given. My treatment was efficient and professional. Thankyou.
There are signs for parking but unable to find the site. Parked on a side road.
