"Wonderful staff"

I brought my mum to A&E on advice from 111, she is nearly 87 and has always been in good health but has recently become unwell, I think the whole Covid situation & lack of physical contact has taken its toll & manifested as physical symptoms. I have never been so worried about her. The staff, from the initial admitting nurse, through triage, the doctor examining her & the lovely mental health team, were absolutely fabulous. I can’t thank you enough. In these busy times, you treated mum with dignity, care & compassion & you deserve as much praise as possible. Thankyou again.
