"Immediately put me at ease"

About: Pilgrim Hospital / Gynaecology

(as a service user),

I was recently referred to the hysteroscopy clinic at Boston Pilgrim hospital. The staff there were first class explained everything and immediately put me at ease. I was quite worried about this appointment but there was no need it was quick and relatively painless which was due to the excellent staff.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave your feedback for us following your recent visit to the gynaecology outpatient department at Pilgrim hospital. Feedback is always welcomed by the team as we are all passionate about providing an excellent patient experience with outstanding care that is patient centred. We understand it can be such a worrying time for our ladies that have to visit our clinic, but it was lovely to hear that we explained everything and was able to give you the utmost support, which in turn put you at ease and made the procedure easier for you. I will make sure that I pass on your lovely comments to the rest of the team and may I wish you well.
