"Second visit just as good as the first"

I returned to the hospital for a second hip replacement in February of this year. (I had my first replaced in September last year.)

This time I had no fear whatsoever of the operation or the treatment. I had total confidence that I was in exactly the right place to gain the very best outcome from the operation. I was not disappointed. The treatment I received was again faultless on all counts. Every member of staff treated me with the utmost respect and remained friendly and cheerful at all times. The follow up appointment was unavoidably delayed due to the lockdown but instead a consultation was conducted over the phone and a face to face appointment was carried out as soon as it was deemed safe to do so. I have nothing but praise for this hospital and it's amazing team and I have already recommended it to a friend. People have a choice to go where they wish for treatment, but why go elsewhere when the best is here? Long may this hospital continue to serve us. It is an oasis of calm and excellence.
