"Fantastic service"

Dealt with three areas of the practice today as follows

Reception = Quick, helpful, responsive and professional.

Doctor = 100%. I could not have wished for a better person to deal with. Friendly and got to the point even though the surgery was very busy he made time for me. (im not a big fan of going to the Doctors but would have no anxiety about seeing this one again ... just not too soon I hope !).. Brilliant

Pharmacy = Helpfull and delivered a first rate telephone service through to dispensing

Once the dust had settled post the appointment I called the practice manager to voice my opinion of the excellent service and once again I was spoken to by a wonderful woman who took the time to receive my feedback and thanked me for taking the time to call.

If this is what the NHS looks like then I am proud that they work for us.
