Unbelievably unhelpful when trying to book for anything.abrupt take it or leave it attitude not taking into consideration your own work.2 hour notice of a slot to see the doctor when I'm on my way to work just isn't good enough.the way you are treated considering your probably stressed enough is disgusting.
