"First Class Care"

I needed to speak to a Dr about a relatives care and was supported throughout a half an hour telephone call by a Dr who was extremely knowledgeable caring compassionate and reassuring. I didn’t feel I needed any follow up appointment at all. She put me at ease and her understanding and professionalism shone through. The biggest factor here was not only did she give me valuable life changing information but she listened to me and in no way was she in a hurry to get me off the line. Thank you so much for your help and advice I’m so so deeply grateful and impressed by your utterly outstanding service.
