"Thoughtful and very caring staff"

About: St Paul's Partnership - Lyng Medical

During this pandemic I have been shielding as I have a few complicated health issues. Even though I know the surgery is under a lot of pressure and at times short staffed I think they have dealt with everything very well and with good communication. I have been called twice because of my health problems and also I have had one video call with the GP. Everyone I have spoken to has been genuinely caring and helped to make me feel calmer about this whole situation and reminded me that although I live alone, I am not alone and they are always there to support me. I wanted to say thank you as throughout lockdown when most people have been at home, you have all been working non-stop and even on the bank holidays. You are all appreciated and when I am allowed to come in I will be bringing you all some chocolates!

Thank you very much for taking the time to post your feedback. Every patient is important to us and it’s very nice to hear your positive experience as during this pandemic we have had to suddenly change the way we work. We have missed seeing our patients and it has been difficult to not be able to offer the face to face service we would like to. We do try hard and aim to continuously improve the service we offer.
