"High quality facility"

I spent 2 days in Circle Bath for full knee replacement. Level of care and treatment were first class and quality of the hospital facility excellent. All staff were caring, considerate and attentive and there was clearly a mission to provide a high level of service.

A real plus was the proactive onsite physio team who certainly aided speed of recovery and reduced overall time required in the hospital setting. Just one minor negative was the disorganized discharge routine where agreed timings were not given sufficient priority and therefore those collecting patients for home travel were required to wait unnecessarily. Perhaps the revised routines due to Covid security might have had a bearing on this.

Overall I would thoroughly recommend Circle Bath to anyone looking for a knee replacement.
