I have paid private to see the rheumatologist department and I am supposed to have appointments every 3 months, they end up being 1 or 2 a year and every time they are supposed to send me an appointment letter they never do. I was last seen in Nov 2019 and was pregnant at the time so was told to contact back after having my baby in Feb. After speaking on the phone and being told I need to be seen I am still awaiting my appointment letter. I am still without the medication I need and in agony daily with a newborn. Discussing service for something that’s private and paid for!
