son got a prescription for an eye issue. went to chemist to fill. took medication home - always read before taking/applying any medication. What was prescribed couldn't be used on eye area. Doctor neglected to indicate on prescription it was for eye. Chemist wouldn't refund - contacted EMC and after many calls and emails - was told not their issue as Dr who prescribed was a 'sub-contract' Dr.
We were left out of pocket for medication we couldn't use.
Very poor service.
Would not recommend this practice at all.
