Attended SMART Recovery group. It was a good group with a very useful tool, which was Cost Benefit Analysis. I felt this was very helpful and felt uplifted by the group.

Great news - St Helens Integrated Recovery Service have now expanded the SMART offer to 2 meetings per week and we have an additional 4 SMART facilitators in training who have almost completed their accreditation. More meetings to come.
