About: Failsworth Group Practice

I have phone the group practice eight times on different days and have been told that I am “Fifth “ in the queue or third or even first! Only to be cut off every time at the last moment. Appalling set up and does make me wonder if it is a revenue gathering exercise with the phone calls.
