"Parking "

I visited this hospital this morning i drove my mother there.

I saw many signs asking me to register my vehicle registration number to get free parking so accompaned my mother into the hospital (due to her age she is not comfortable using technology) when i arrived in the building I saw the the sign saying the parking permit scheme has been suspended

There was no signs outside the hospital building telling me of this fact - I had no need to go into the hospital myself I could have stayed in my car

I was wondering while the scheme is suspended you can cover the signs
