I have been on hold for 30 minutes and counting, I am currently on hold whilst typing this. you say you have 4 receptionists answering the calls, this twice today I have been on hold for half an hour and no answer. grand

Very sorry your phone call was not answered to our usual standard.

During the pandemic we are however dealing with more phone calls as we have had to adapt services. In order for us to investigate your claims fully we can by using your phone number if you contact the surgery with the details, we can audit your exact interaction with the phone system.
