Dear Patient

I am sorry to hear about your problems with getting through on the phone. We installed additional telephone lines in January this year but with COVID 19 pandemic and the necessity to reduce the footfall within the practice most of our patients contacts have to be conducted on the phone. Understandably it put additional great strained on our telephone system.

To alleviate this problem we have started a new service for our patients that enables them to contact the practice via email. Please visit our website for details.
