"Excellent telephone service"

I spoke to reception yesterday to arrange a telephone consultation with a doctor for a small but very troublesome problem. Within a couple of hours a GP phoned me, knew exactly what to prescribe and sent my prescription to the local pharmacy. The telephone service was excellent, no wasting time and no sitting waiting at the surgery. I hope this telephone consultation service continues. Very well done!
