I just want to say a big thank you to everyone who took care of me, I was the girl with the dislocated elbow.
I was in a lot of pain and everyone was very kind and made sure I was taken care of from top to bottom the moment I arrived. When it came to fixing my arm, I was thoroughly informed what was gonna happen and reassured about sedation and what to expect should anything go awry. Watching staff interact with each other before the procedure was so calming: the way they joked around, bounced ideas off each other, quickly assisting with getting necessary tools/meds - felt like a sweet family working together just to help me and I'm extremely grateful to have been handled by such a caring and fun team.
Thank you to the ambulance guys, radiology, orthopedics, doctors, nurses - everyone involved in sorting me out that day, I have nothing but praise for all the staff. ☺️
"Great care, lovely staff"
