About: Dr Victoria Muir's Practice

I feel let down by the doctors and nurses at this practise. They never took my illnesses seriously and would always seem to not be bothered or in a hurry to see the next patient. My anxiety was always heightened everytime I came to the practise because I felt I was not treated with respect. The receptionist are abrupt and very dismissive on the phone and face to face, when I try to book an appointment. They never take into consideration that I am a patient when dealing with me, I've heard them on numerous occasions speak to patients in a dismissive manner. I am not longer a patient of this practise, I am at another practice and I am happy because I receive the respect and level of care that I deserve.

Dear Patient

We are so sorry you had such a bad experience back in January. We do encourage patients to let us know if they are having problems with our service so that we have an opportunity to correct this. I am always available to discuss any complaints and I genuinely appreciate patient feedback and would have tried to put things right for you.

We apologise if our reception team have appeared to be a bit abrupt during busy times but they do try their very best to give a good service to all our patients. Both the reception and clinical team aim to provide a personal and caring service to every patient and I'm sorry that you felt we fell short of this during your time with us.
